First Lien Credit Documents means the “Credit Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
First Lien Credit Documents means, collectively, (a) the Noteholder Documents, (b) the Initial Additional First Lien Documents and (c) the Additional First Lien Documents.
