Prepetition Notes Claims definition

Prepetition Notes Claims means any and all Claims arising from, under, or in connection with the Prepetition Notes, the Prepetition Notes Indentures or any document or agreement related to the Prepetition Notes or the Prepetition Notes Indentures.
Prepetition Notes Claims means any and all Claims arising from, under, or in connection with the Prepetition Notes, the Prepetition Notes Indentures or any other related document or agreement.

  • The proceeds of the Equity Rights Offering shall be used exclusively to fund the Cash Payout provided to Cash Payout Noteholders, in full and final satisfaction of such Holders’ Prepetition Notes Claims, which shall be released and discharged pursuant to Article XI herein.
