Previous Management Agreement definition

Previous Management Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Previous Management Agreement means that certain Management Agreement (the “Management Agreement”), dated as of June __, 2005, made by Ruby Newark Limited Partnership (“Ruby”) as “Owner” and TownePlace Management Corporation (“Previous Manager”) as “Manager”.
