Previous Programme definition

Previous Programme means any capital or revenue grant funding programme administered by Homes England or any of its statutory predecessors; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation and Processing shall be construed accordingly; Procurement Law means the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (insofar as the same are applicable) together with any statutory modification or replacement regulations or Legislation on procurement by public bodies; Professional Team means (as applicable) the architect, civil & structural engineer, the mechanical & electrical engineer and any other consultant appointed by the Grant Recipient in connection with a Capital Firm Scheme; Profiled Xxxxxxxxx has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 23.9 (Repayment of Xxxxx); Programme Housing means housing provided by the Grant Recipient pursuant to this Agreement that will be made available to individuals within the Target Client Group:

Examples of Previous Programme in a sentence

  • However we do require through our grant funding contracts that: where the Allocated Grant (itself or if aggregated with other AHP 2015/18 Funds or funds made available under (i) any subsequent Agency capital funding programme or(ii) any Previous Programme) exceeds £3,000,000, the Grant Recipient must publish details quarterly of all expenditure in excess of £500 incurred by it in delivering Firm Schemes by such means as ensures that such details can be accessed by the general public.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.
