Learning Programme definition

Learning Programme means a programme of education and/or training delivered by the Provider under this Agreement;
Learning Programme means a programme of education and/or training delivered by the Contractor under this Contract;
Learning Programme means a programme of education and/or training delivered by the College under this Financial Memorandum.

Examples of Learning Programme in a sentence

  • The detailed requirements in respect of each Learning Programme are set out in the Funding Rules for 2014/15 as amended from time to time by THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE and which form part of the terms and conditions of this Contract.

  • THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE will not be liable to make any payment in excess of the Maximum Value of each Learning Programme unless this has been agreed and evidenced by a variation in writing.


More Definitions of Learning Programme

Learning Programme means the education and training programmes to be made available to Learners and funded pursuant to this Agreement, as more particularly set out in Appendix 1;
Learning Programme means a programme of education delivered by the NMSS under this Agreement;
Learning Programme means a process by which learners acquire knowledge, skill and competence, or a course of study or instruction, apprenticeship, training and employment;

Learning Programme means the entire student learning experience, including digitised and interactive course material, tutor support, learner support materials, accreditation and assessment and awards, as may be more specifically detailed in the Learning Programme Specification, and where the context allows includes any part or parts of the whole learning programme;
