Pricing Schedules means the document so entitled which incorporates the pricing mechanism upon which the Contractor's quotation is based.

Pricing Schedules means the pricing schedules of the Borrower for Entrance Fees and Monthly Service Fees for each type of Independent Living Unit, Assisted Living Unit and Nursing Bed in the Project, in the form of the pricing schedules delivered to the Bank pursuant to Section 4.02 of the Reimbursement Agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended pursuant to Section 6.12.

• The attached exhibits, and the Applicable Order and Pricing Schedules, and hyperlinked terms and conditions are an integral part of this Agreement and are incorporated by reference.

• Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Infinite Campus grants Licensee a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-perpetual, license to use: (i) the specific Infinite Campus Products identified on the applicable Order and Pricing Schedules; and (ii) the related documentation (which may include, but is not limited to, users’ manuals, reference guides, programmers’ guides and/or system guides, as applicable and as available).

• Except as provided in a Statement of Work or as otherwise specifically provided hereunder, Contractor will not increase the prices set forth in the Pricing Schedules during the Initial Term of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Pricing Schedules

Pricing Schedules. Has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1. Procedures Manual Shall have the meaning set forth in the Old Agreement. Project Plan Has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.3.
