Pricing Vendor definition

Pricing Vendor means the Primary Pricing Vendor or the Secondary Pricing Vendor, as appropriate.

Examples of Pricing Vendor in a sentence

  • If MMCAP Infuse does not receive notification that a Member has been removed from Contract Pricing, Vendor will honor Contract Pricing for the Member for thirty (30) days after MMCAP Infuse receives the written notice.
