PRIMARY CARRIER SERVICE definition

PRIMARY CARRIER SERVICE means the SERVICE specified in ATTACHMENT A for which Sprint shall be Customer's PRIMARY CARRIER.
PRIMARY CARRIER SERVICE means the Service specified in Attachment A for which Sprint shall be Customer's Primary Carrier.
PRIMARY CARRIER SERVICE means the SERVICE specified in Exhibit 3 for which BSLD shall be Customer's PRIMARY CARRIER.

  • Primary Care Provider (PCP) means a health care professional who is contracted with BCBSAZ as a PCP and generally specializes in or focuses on the following practice areas: internal medicine, family practice, general practice, pediatrics or any other classification of provider approved as a PCP by BCBSAZ. Your benefit plan does not require you to have a PCP or to have a PCP authorize specialist referrals.

  • Primary care provider (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs. To find a PCP or check that your provider is a PCP, please use the “Find a Doctor” tool on our website or call Customer Service.

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Primary caregiver or "caregiver" means a resident of the State

  • Primary care physician or “PCP” means a Plan Provider who has an independent contractor agreement with HPN to assume responsibility for arranging and coordinating the delivery of Covered Services to Members. A Primary Care Physician’s agreement with HPN may terminate. In the event that a Member’s Primary Care Physician’s agreement terminates, the Member will be required to select another Primary Care Physician.

  • Primary care-giver means a person who assumes the principal role of providing care and attention to a child.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • Mental health services provider means an individual, licensed or unlicensed, who performs or purports to perform mental health services, including a:

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
