Primary Counsel definition

Primary Counsel means counsel designated by the Parties and the Witness at the beginning of the Remote Deposition as provided in Paragraph 18.
Primary Counsel. NAME OF COUNSEL “The Opponent” NAME OR DETAILS OF OPPONENT
Primary Counsel has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Case Census Order(s).

More Definitions of Primary Counsel

Primary Counsel means counsel designated by the Parties and the Witness at the beginning of the Remote Deposition as provided in this Paragraph. On the record at the start of the Remote Deposition, the Parties shall identify no more than one counsel each to serve as Primary Counsel. Similarly, if the Witness is a Third-Party Witness, then the
Primary Counsel has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Case Census Orders. “Private Lien Resolution Program” or “PLRP” means a program administered by the Lien Resolution Administrator to address private Liens.
Primary Counsel has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b).
Primary Counsel means the law firm serving as the responsible counsel for a Claimant for purposes of this Agreement. In any instance in which this Agreement requires notice to a Claimant, such notice shall be made upon the Claimant's Primary Counsel. In any instance in which this Master Settlement Agreement requires action by a Claimant, such action shall be taken by the Claimant' s Primary Counsel.
