Counsel definition

Counsel means a barrister and/or solicitor or a firm of barristers and/or solicitors retained by the Warrant Agent or retained by the Corporation, which may or may not be counsel for the Corporation;
Counsel means an attorney at law or a firm of attorneys (who may be an employee of or counsel to the Issuer or the Company or the Trustee) duly admitted to the practice of law before the highest court of any state of the United States of America or of the District of Columbia.

More Definitions of Counsel

Counsel as used herein means: One who has been admitted to the bar as an attorney-at-law in this State.
