Primary engine definition

Primary engine means the Locomotive Engine that propels the Locomotive. If the Locomotive is propelled by more than one Locomotive Engine, for any provisions of this Locomotive Regulation which use the Primary Engine’s age, the age shall be based on the Original Engine Build Date of the oldest Locomotive Engine.

As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;
