Primary Measurement definition

Primary Measurement means the direct or inferential measurement of a mass or volumetric flow at Network conditions; Provision of Basic Metering Equipment Charge means an annual charge specified as such in the Reference Tariff Schedule; Receipt Point means any point at which Gas is received into the Network; Receipt Station means the facilities at a Receipt Point through which Gas is or can be received into the Network; Reference Service has the meaning given to that term in the Access Arrangement; Reference Tariff means a tariff which relates to the Reference Service; Reference Tariff Schedule means the Reference Tariff Schedule in the Access Arrangement amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Access Arrangement; Relevant Receipt Point means, in relation to a Delivery Point, any Receipt Point connected (directly or indirectly) to the part of the Network in which that Delivery Point is located as listed from time to time on the Customer List; Relevant Region means New South Wales or the Australian Capital Territory as applicable; Replacement Gas means:

Examples of Primary Measurement in a sentence

  • On those drill pads where Gatherer does not install a pad level custody transfer meter, Gatherer shall maintain, calibrate, and operate the Primary Measurement Devices, at Gatherer’s expense.

  • Shipper shall have the right, at its sole expense, to install, own, and operate check meters located at the Receipt Point(s); provided, that (i) such equipment is installed so as not to interfere with the Primary Measurement Devices at the Receipt Point(s), and (ii) Shipper shall take steps that are reasonable and customary in the industry to mitigate or prevent any Gas pulsation problems that may interfere with the Primary Measurement Devices at the Receipt Point(s).

  • Gatherer shall operate the Primary Measurement Devices located at the Receipt Point(s) and shall install, own, operate and maintain the Primary Measurement Devices located at the Delivery Point(s) and any check meters at the Delivery Point(s).

  • On those drill pads where Gatherer does not install a custody transfer meter, Gatherer shall maintain, calibrate, and operate the Primary Measurement Devices, at Gatherer’s expense.

  • None of the Primary Measurement Devices for Producers’ Wellhead Meters will have been transferred to Gatherer.

  • Producers agree to transfer (free from all liens and encumbrances) to Gatherer any interest they may hold in the Primary Measurement Devices with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇ or pads in which Producers’ and their Affiliates and the CHK Parties own 100% of the working interest as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date.

  • When CEMI provides Notice under Section 6(a)(2) of this Exhibit A, Gatherer shall be responsible for the cost to install the pipe and ancillary equipment from the outlet flange of the meter tube of the Primary Measurement Device to the existing common gas header, including any modifications thereto, on the existing pad for the Producers ▇▇▇▇▇ covered by such Notice but only where Gatherer has not installed a Gatherer’s Receipt Meter on such existing pad.

  • On those drill pads where Gatherer relies on Producer-owned Production Wellhead Meters for custody transfer purposes, Gatherer shall maintain, calibrate, and operate the Primary Measurement Devices, at Gatherer’s expense.

  • When CEMI provides Notice under Section 6(a)(2) above after the end of the Minimum Volume Period, Gatherer shall be responsible for the cost to install the pipe and ancillary equipment from the outlet flange of the meter tube of the Primary Measurement Device to the existing common gas header, including any modifications thereto, on the existing pad for the Producers ▇▇▇▇▇ covered by such Notice but only where Gatherer has not installed a Gatherer’s Receipt Meter on such existing pad.

  • Producers agree to transfer, or cause to be transferred (free from all liens and encumbrances), to Gatherer the Primary Measurement Devices with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇ or pads in which Producers’ and their Affiliates or Producers’ and their Affiliates and the Total Parties owned 100% of the working interest on September 30, 2009 as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date.

Related to Primary Measurement

  • Measurement means metered volumes at a custody transfer meter through a turbine, Coriolis, or such other meter.

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester or any other Law, directive, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Authority (including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization) in each case in connection with, related to or in response to COVID-19, including the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) or any changes thereto.

  • Daily Measurement Value means the Specified Dollar Amount (if any), divided by 40.

  • Supportive measures means individualized services that are offered to the complainant or the respondent designed to restore or preserve equal access to the District’s education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party. The supportive measures must be non-disciplinary and non-punitive in nature; offered before or after the filing of a formal complaint or where no formal complaint has been filed; and offered to either party as appropriate, as reasonably available, and without fee or charge. Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to: measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment; counseling; extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments; modifications of work or class schedules; campus escort services; mutual restrictions on contact between the parties; changes in work or class locations; leaves of absence; and increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;
