Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. Means primary pulmonary hypertension associated with right ventricular enlargement established by cardiac catheterisation , resulting in significant permanent physical impairment to the degree of at least Class 3 of the NEW YORK Heart Association Classification of cardiac impairment and resulting in the Life Insured being unable to perform his/her usual occupation. The condition must be documented for at least three consecutive months.
