Principal Subcontractor means each of the Design-Builder, SLCW, SELI Canada Inc., Graham and Thales, and any replacement Subcontractor for any such Subcontractor engaged directly or indirectly by the Primary Contractor as may be permitted by this Agreement.

Principal Subcontractor means those Subcontractors presented by Contractor and approved by PRASA at the time of entering into this Agreement. Such Principal Subcontractors are listed in Section 3.12. Related to Principal Subcontractor

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Major Subcontractor means, any Subcontractor with whom Contractor will enter (or has entered) into a Major Subcontract. 1
