More Definitions of Principal Subcontractor

Principal Subcontractor means those Subcontractors presented by Contractor and approved by PRASA at the time of entering into this Agreement. Such Principal Subcontractors are listed in Section 3.12. Also includes all Subcontractors whose total labor efforts are 25% or more related to the total cumulative Services provided by the Contractor during the Term in any subsequent amendments to the Agreement. Contractor agrees to notify PRASA within five (5) Business Days, when any of its Subcontractors has reached the percentage indicated above.
Principal Subcontractor means each of the Design-Builder, SLCW, SELI Canada Inc., Graham and Thales, and any replacement Subcontractor for any such Subcontractor engaged directly or indirectly by the Primary Contractor as may be permitted by this Agreement.

Related to Principal Subcontractor

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.
