Print Engine definition

Print Engine means a device comprised of: (i) components for moving and controlling the movement of the Printhead and print media, paper path, and ink supply components (collectively, the “Mechanism”); (ii) a Printhead; and (iii) a power supply, and covers.
Print Engine means an electro-mechanical device built by or for Customer incorporating a Printhead, a Transport and Control Electronics, but excluding the image processor.

  • The Technology Logo will be readily visible to a user of the Printer and may not be used on or in reference to any product other than Printers incorporating a Printhead, Print Engine or a ULC Printhead purchased by KODAK or by KODAK's Affiliates from CALCOMP under Master OEM Agreement No. 1 or manufactured by or for KODAK or KODAK's Affiliates under the Licenses granted under Article 3 ("Licenses") of this Agreement.

Related to Print Engine

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • Diesel engine means an engine which works on the compression-ignition principle.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Compression Ignition Engine means an internal combustion engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.
