Prior Approval of the Relevant Supervisory Authority definition

Prior Approval of the Relevant Supervisory Authority means the prior written approval of the Relevant Supervisory Authority, if such approval is required at the time under the then Applicable Supervisory Regulations, and provided that such approval has not been withdrawn by the date set for redemption, substitution, variation or payment, as the case may be.
Prior Approval of the Relevant Supervisory Authority means the prior written approval of the Relevant Supervisory Authority, if such approval is required at the time under any Existing Regulations or any applicable Solvency II Regulations.

  • Supervisory Authority means an independent public authority which is established by an EU Member State pursuant to the GDPR.

  • Final Approval Hearing means the hearing to be conducted by the Court to determine the fairness, adequacy, and reasonableness of the Settlement pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 and whether to issue the Final Approval Order and Judgment.
