Prior Projects definition

Prior Projects meansthe projects which were the subject of the lease purchase or purchase, as applicable, of the Prior Obligations, consisting of municipal and utilities facilities in and for the City.
Prior Projects has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.2(e).
Prior Projects means, collectively, the 1998 and 1999 Projects.

More Definitions of Prior Projects

Prior Projects means, collectively, the L17-1265 Project, L17-1737 Project, 2005A Project, and 2005B Project, each as reference in the recitals in the preamble to this ordinance.
Prior Projects means the facilities financed or refinanced by the Refunded Bonds as described in Exhibit B-2 hereto.
Prior Projects means, with respect to a series of Prior Bonds, the Capital Improvements made to the Airport System from or allocated to the proceeds of that series of Prior Bond and, to the extent that series of Prior Bonds refunded prior obligations of the Authority, the Capital Improvements originally financed with such prior obligations.
