Prior Projects definition

Prior Projects meansthe projects which were the subject of the lease purchase or purchase, as applicable, of the Prior Obligations, consisting of municipal and utilities facilities in and for the City.

Prior Projects has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.2(e).

Prior Projects means the facilities financed or refinanced by the Refunded Bonds as described in Exhibit B-2 hereto.

More Definitions of Prior Projects

Prior Projects means the Capital Improvements made to the Airport System from or allocated to the proceeds of the Refunded Authority Bonds and, to the extent the Refunded Authority Bonds refunded prior obligations of the Authority, the Capital Improvements originally financed with such prior obligations.

Prior Projects means the facilities refinanced with the proceeds of the Prior Bonds, including the cost of acquisition and construction of certain pollution control and industrial development facilities located at the Petersburg Generating Station.

Prior Projects means all items of machinery, equipment, fixtures and functionally related property described on Exhibit A attached hereto acquired and installed with the proceeds of the Prior Bonds and used in connection with solid waste disposal facilities within the meaning of Section 142(a)(6) of the Code or manufacturing facilities within the meaning of Section 144(a)(12) of the Code.

Prior Projects means, collectively, the “2005 Project” and the “2012B Project”, as set forth above in the recitals in the preamble to this ordinance.
