Utilities Facilities as defined in Title 10, Chapter 6 of the City
Utilities Facilities means land or buildings used for the accommodation and maintenance of plant, equipment, materials and horticultural requisites, and shall include buildings related to the supple of utility services such as water reservoirs, waterworks, sewage treatment plant, electrical substation, telephone exchange and such other utilities as may be necessary for health communication and sanitation.
Utilities Facilities as used herein shall mean the sanitary sewer, water and utilityutilities facilities located from time to time within the Utilities Easement Area. “Utilities Easement Area” as used herein shall mean the sanitary sewer, water and utility easements as shown on the Approved PlansReplat, excluding the “exclusive” easements granted to the City of Arvada on the Replat, subject to the note on such Replat (see “Legal Description and Dedication” “Parcel B”) permitting other easements to cross such exclusive easements granted to the City of Arvada at substantially right angles.

Utilities Facilities as used herein shall mean the sanitary sewer, water and utility facilities located from time to time within the Utilities Easement Area. “Utilities Easement Area” as used herein shall mean the sanitary sewer, water and utility easements as shown on the Approved Plans.
