Priority Locate Request definition

Priority Locate Request means “an outgoing request for locates from the Supplier to the Member which has a lead time of more than 2 hours but less than 3 days, where excavation is required to correct a condition that poses a potential threat to life, health or property;
Priority Locate Request means a Locate Request in which the Excavator is giving less than eight hours notice of his intent to disturb the ground;

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.
