The holder of every Allowed Priority Unsecured Claim will be paid, in full satisfaction of such Claim: (a) a single Cash payment in the Allowed amount of the Claim on the Effective Date (or the applicable Claim Payment Date); (b) as otherwise agreed in writing by the holder of the Allowed Claim; or (c) as ordered by the Bankruptcy Court.

The Priority Unsecured Claim of the IRS in the amount of $48,094.05 shall be paid in 48 equal monthly installments without interest or penalty, per 11 USC §1123.
