Priority Use means that Lessee may occupy the Premises between those dates to the degree necessary to operate a youth baseball program, subject to Section 5. Priority Use does not mean exclusive use, and this Agreement does not grant Lessee any exclusive rights to occupy all or a portion of the Premises. Instead, use of the Premises by Lessee, by the City, and by the public is governed by the terms of this Agreement. Use by Others shall be permitted in accordance with Section 5. Use of Premises by Lessee outside of the Priority Use Season shall be scheduled in advance with the Parks and Recreation Department.
