Private Line Services definition

Private Line Services include private line-like and special access services and are not subject to reciprocal compensation. Private Line Services are defined as dedicated telecommunications channels provided between two points or switched among multiple points and are used for voice, data, audio or video transmission. Private Line services include, but are not limited to, WATS access lines, frame relay, ATM, and DSL. The compensation mechanisms for Private Line Services are specified in the Special Services Intrastate IntraLATA Agreement.
Private Line Services has the meaning set forth in Schedule D.
Private Line Services means dedicated telecommunications services provided by WorldCom or a Permitted Originator to its customers between designated customer premises.

Related to Private Line Services

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
