Private Ruling Application and Objection - online form facility for submitting private ruling applications, objects and further information requests for previously lodged private ruling applications or objects.
Planning Application means the application for [outline/full] planning permission dated [ ] bearing the Council’s reference number [ ];
Registration Application means an application for registration of this Agreement as a planning agreement on the title of the Land pursuant to Section 7.6 of the Act in a form approved by the Registrar General;
Patent Cooperation Treaty means the Patent Cooperation Treaty done at Washington on June 19, 1970;
New Drug Application means a new drug application in the United States for authorization to market a product, as defined in the applicable laws and regulations and submitted to the FDA.
Private applicator means an applicator who uses or supervises the use of any pesticide which is classified for restricted use for purposes of producing any agricultural commodity on property owned or rented by him or his employer or, if applied without compensation other than trading of personal services between producers of agricultural commodities, on the property of another person.*
Drug Application means a new drug application, an abbreviated drug application, or a product license application for any Product, as appropriate, as those terms are defined in the FDCA.
Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular jurisdiction other than the U.S.
Biologics License Application or “BLA” means an application requesting permission from the FDA to introduce, or deliver for introduction, a biological product into interstate commerce, or any similar application or submission for marketing authorization of a product filed with a Regulatory Authority to obtain Regulatory Approval for such product in a country or group of countries.
Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.
Drug Approval Application means an application for Regulatory Approval required before commercial sale of a Product as a pharmaceutical product in a regulatory jurisdiction.
Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.
Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.
Biosimilar Application has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.3.
Athlete Application means the form set by the NZOC that must be completed by any Athlete applying to be nominated and selected to the Games Team.
Patent Application means an application for patent protection for a CRADA Subject Invention with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“U.S.P.T.O.”) or the corresponding patent-issuing authority of another nation.
L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
Commercial applicator means a person who, by contract or for hire, engages in the

Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.
Date of application means the ef- fective date of an Application for Com- pensation filed with A.I.D. pursuant to§ 204.21 of this part.
FCC Applications means those applications and requests for waivers required to be filed with the FCC to obtain the approvals and waivers of the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act and FCC Rules necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
