Private Water Service definition

Private Water Service means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any building with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the street property line in front of or abutting the premises so supplied and the building on the premises.

Private Water Service means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the water works system established by the Municipality and situated between the street line in front of or abutting the premises so supplied and the premises.
