Water Works definition

Water Works means facilities for the collection, production, treatment, storage, supply or distribution of water, or any part of the facilities. (“station de purification de l’eau”) 2001, c. 25, s. 449 (2).
Water Works means any public works for the collection, production, treatment, storage, supply or distribution of water and any part of such works.
Water Works means all facilities for water supply, treatment, storage reservoirs, water lines, and services and booster stations for obtaining, treating, and distributing potable water.

Water Works means InnServices’ works for the provision of Water Services, or any part of such works.
