Process definition

Process or “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon the Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure, or destruction.
Process has the meaning given to it under the Data Protection Legislation but, for the purposes of this Contract, it shall include both manual and automatic processing;
Process or “Processing” means any operation or set of operations performed upon Personal Information, whether or not by automatic means, such as creating, collecting, procuring, obtaining, accessing, recording, organizing, storing, adapting, altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing or destroying the data.

  • Exhaustion of this administrative remedy detailed in the Dispute Resolution Process contemplated in this Term Contract is an absolute condition precedent to the Contractor's ability to seek other remedies related to the Term Contract.

Process or “Processing” or “Processed” as defined in the relevant Data Privacy Laws or, where not defined, means any operation or set of operations which is performed whether or not by automatic means (including, without limitation, accessing, collecting, recording, organizing, retaining, storing, adapting or altering, transmitting, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing, making available, aligning, combining, blocking, erasing and destroying Personal Information).
Process. (or “Processing” or “Processes”) means the collection, use, storage, processing, recording, distribution, transfer, import, export, protection (including security measures), disposal or disclosure or other activity regarding data (whether electronically or in any other form or medium).
Process means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Process. “Processed” or “Processing” means, with respect to data, any operation or set of operations such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, enhancement, enrichment or alteration, retrieval, consultation, analysis, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Process means as set out in, and will be interpreted in accordance with Data Protection Legislation and “Processed” and “Processing” will be construed accordingly;

Process means to perform any operation or set of operations on any data, information, material, work, expression or other content, including to (a) collect, receive, input, upload, download, record, reproduce, store, organize, combine, log, catalog, cross-reference, manage, maintain, copy, adapt, alter, translate or make other improvements or derivative works, (b) process, retrieve, output, consult, use, disseminate, transmit, submit, post, transfer, disclose or otherwise provide or make available, or (c) block, erase or destroy. “Processing” and “Processed” have correlative meanings.
