Process Order definition

Process Order has the same meaning as in the EA Act (2018);
Process Order means the process order, as defined in the EA Act, for the Assessments;

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term.
