Processed Data definition

Processed Data means data which has, by use of the software or otherwise, been processed by the Provider pursuant to this agreement, the regulations, or the Code;
Processed Data means the data products or information resulting from data or analytical products that have undergone manipulation, transformation or interpretation in connection with the Project; 'Program' means the Co-funded Government – Industry Energy Analysis Program as described in paragraphs A to D of the Background section in this Agreement;
Processed Data means Licensee Data submitted to CMI that has been received back by Licensee in processed form.

More Definitions of Processed Data

Processed Data means all information that is collected by Videojet, or to which Videojet has access that relates to Your use of the Services.
