Processing of Wastes definition

Processing of Wastes means any technology designed to change the physical form or chemical content of solid waste including, but not limited to, baling, composting, classifying, hydropulping, incinerating and shredding.

  • Yard waste means leaves, grass clippings, yard and garden debris and brush, including clean woody vegetative material no greater than 6 inches in diameter. This term does not include stumps, roots or shrubs with intact root balls.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.
