Procurement Specialist definition

Procurement Specialist means the person or designee authorized by the County to manage or administer a procurement requiring the evaluation of competitive sealed proposals.
Procurement Specialist means the City’s employee assigned by the City of Stillwater to serve as the contact person for Bidders/Contractors responding to Invitations for Bid or completing contracts herein.

Procurement Specialist means a person who is engaged in a profession, occupation or calling in which recourse to procurement is directly or indirectly involved and has such knowledge and experience of the practice of procurement or who is certified or registered by a procurement professional body;[definition of “procurement specialist” inserted by section 3(d) of Act 11 of 2011]
