Product Content definition

Product Content means the software, object code, images, graphics, icons, logos, text (including without limitation tutorials, user manuals, help files and other documentation), structured text (including without limitation CSS, XML and HTML data) and multimedia data contained in or made available through the Product.
Product Content means the materials describing or depicting the Goods sold by XXXXX TOYS to Buyer, including product information and descriptions, photographs, videos, product data and literature, and any trademarks and copyrights relating to the Goods. XXXXX TOYS represents that its Product Content does not violate another party’s intellectual property rights.
