Product Guarantee definition

Product Guarantee means any guarantee, including any performance related guarantee or time-limited warranty arrangement, that may from time to time be offered to the Customer by Zircotec in relation to the Standard Product;

  • To initiate arbitration, You must notify Protection Product Guarantee Provider in writing of Your desire to submit Your issue to arbitration.

  • Protection Product Guarantee Provider has the right to question the proposed arbitrators to confirm neutrality and select any of the three (3) to act as the Arbitrator.

  • You are responsible for providing Protection Product Guarantee Provider with at least three (3) proposed arbitrators.

  • The Quality Product Guarantee does not include or apply to: • Any use of Cord Tissue Stem Cells.


More Definitions of Product Guarantee

Product Guarantee means the manufacturer’s guarantee for the relevant Product as detailed in section 7.2;

Related to Product Guarantee

  • Parent Guarantee means the guarantee by Parent Guarantor of the obligations of the Issuer under this Indenture and the Securities in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Bid guarantee means the bid bond, cashier's check or certified check submitted as part of the bid proposal, payable to the contracting unit, ensuring that the successful bidder will enter into a contract.

  • Call Off Guarantee means a deed of guarantee in favour of a Contracting Body in the form set out in Framework Schedule 13 (Guarantee) and granted pursuant to Clause 3 of the Template Call Off terms;
