Product Kits definition

Product Kits means a sealed package bearing a unique serial number or series of unique serial numbers and which includes (a) a copy of Primavera Software encoded in Object Code on electronic media in a form released by Primavera, and (b) User Documentation developed by Primavera.

Product Kits as used herein shall mean a group of component parts or sub-assemblies necessary to assemble and manufacture industrial trucks, packaged in units where parts for one truck is contained in a single kit.

Product Kits means a delivery medium (such as a biomaterial), product or Device which incorporates a Licensed Compound and which is sold in a kit or a single package together with a distinct product(s), active ingredient(s) or stand-alone component(s), in all cases in final forms suitable for human or veterinary uses. For example, where a Compound-eluting stent is sold in a kit or single package together with a catheter, the Licensed Product component of the kit or package is the Compound-eluting stent.

Examples of Product Kits in a sentence

  • All Product Kits and Enhancement Kits (and Licensed Materials contained therein) furnished hereunder and distributed by ICARUS shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Primavera's End User License included in each Product Kit and Enhancement Kit, as may be amended by Primavera from time to time.

  • ICARUS shall not remove or alter any Primxxxxx Xxxx xxxm the Product Kits or Enhancement Kits.

  • Primavera hereby warrants to ICARUS that the Product Kits and Enhancement Kits, when and as delivered to ICARUS, shall be free from physical defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Agreement, Primavera shall deliver to ICARUS an initial supply of 12 Product Kits for inclusion by ICARUS in the Software Products.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
