Product Labels definition

Product Labels means all labels and other written, printed or graphic matter affixed to any container, packaging or wrapper utilized in connection with the Product, in accordance with the Product Specifications and the requirements of SA.

Examples of Product Labels in a sentence

  • Thereafter, Seller shall incorporate in such Labels and Labeling Purchaser’s requested corrections thereto, if any, and shall supply Purchaser with examples of such Product Labels and Labeling for Purchaser’s regulatory filings; provided, however, that, if Seller shall not agree with Purchaser’s requested corrections, Purchaser and Seller shall consult in good faith to reach a resolution mutually agreeable to Purchaser and Seller.

  • Licensee shall report Missing Product Labels to Licensing Company within seven (7) days of becoming aware of the Missing Product Labels.

  • At Licensee's request, Licensing Company shall provide Licensee with an estimate of the lead time for ordering Product Labels and shall notify Licensee if such lead time changes.

  • Licensee shall provide all available information concerning such Missing Product Labels and fully cooperate with Licensing Company in any subsequent investigations or actions in respect of any Missing Product Labels.

  • After the receipt of such notice from Licensee, containing evidence that the Product Labels were damaged, Licensing Company shall provide replacement Product Labels.

  • Upon receiving such notice, Licensing Company shall temporarily waive the requirement to place Product Labels on a unit of Label-Required Product as set out in this Section 4, provided that Licensee demonstrates to Licensing Company’s satisfaction that it has taken reasonable care to order such Product Labels within the lead times identified by Licensing Company and that it used reasonable efforts to keep Product Labels in stock in sufficient quantities as specified in the Product Label Guide.


More Definitions of Product Labels

Product Labels means all FDA-approved labels and other written, printed or graphic matter upon any container, wrapper or any package insert or outsert utilized with or for an Initial Licensed Product in the Co-Promotion Territory.
Product Labels all recipe cards, labels, label claims, heating instructions, preparation, storage, and other cooking instructions, or other printed materials about the Products that are included in or on Products or Packages.

Related to Product Labels

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a particular pharmaceutical product and a particular country, (a) the full prescribing information for the product approved by the applicable Regulatory Authorities in such country, including any required patient information; and (b) all labels and other written, printed or graphic matter physically upon a container, wrapper or any package insert utilized with or for the product in such country.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Finished Product means the final packaged product intended for human consumption;
