Generic Version means, with respect to a Licensed Product, a product (including a “biogeneric,” “follow-on biologic,” “follow-on biological medicine or product,” “follow-on protein product,” “similar biological medicine or product,” or “biosimilar product”) that: (a) within the U.S., is “biosimilar” or “interchangeable,” with respect to such Licensed Product as evaluated by the FDA or otherwise determined by Applicable Law; or (b) in the ROW, is determined by the applicable Regulatory Authority or by Applicable Law to be “similar,” “comparable,” “interchangeable,” “bioequivalent,” or “biosimilar” to such Licensed Product. For clarity, a Biosimilar of a Licensed Product shall constitute a Generic Version of such Licensed Product.
Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;
Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—
Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority‑approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.
Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.
Brand Name Drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.
Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.
Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.
Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.
Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:
Product Know-How means Know-How to the extent related to the properties, manufacture or use of any products.
Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether
Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.
Product Family means an SAP product family which may comprise of one or several SAP software products or services as further set out in the applicable RSPI.
API means the American Petroleum Institute.
Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.
Final Product means a reasonably homogenous cannabis product in its final packaged form created using the same standard operating procedures and the same formulation.
APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.
Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.
Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.
Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
Manufacturing Know-How means all information, techniques, inventions, discoveries, improvements, practices, methods, knowledge, skill, experience and other technology, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, and any copyrights based thereon, relating to or necessary or useful for the production, purification, packaging, storage and transportation of Collaboration Products, including without limitation specifications, acceptance criteria, manufacturing batch records, standard operating procedures, engineering plans, installation, operation and process qualification protocols for equipment, validation records, master files submitted to the FDA, process validation reports, environmental monitoring processes, test data including pharmacological, toxicological and clinical test data, cost data and employee training materials.
