Professional Service Providers definition

Professional Service Providers has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a)(xix).
Professional Service Providers. (PSP) means the service providers that are registered with Local Expert who are willing to provide tenders, quotes and bid for RFS posted by Customer.
