Program Targets definition

Program Targets means, collectively, Holding Option Targets, Reserve Option Targets and Licensed Targets.
Program Targets means all Targets on the Target List.
Program Targets means Adenosine A2A antagonists (and bispecific A2A-”plus” antagonists) for the use as cancer immunotherapies.

  • As promptly as practicable after the end of the Performance Period, the Committee shall, in accordance with Article 9, determine the extent to which the Performance Program Targets have been achieved.

Program Targets means the SMA Target and/or the HD Target(s), as applicable.
Program Targets means (a) the one or more Targets associated with AML that are selected by Kite as Program Targets from the list of Target Candidates on Exhibit E by written notice to CDL within […***…] of the Effective Date and thereafter listed on Exhibit D, (b) if the Option is exercised by Kite pursuant to Article 4, the one or more Targets that are selected by Kite as Program Targets for B-Cell Malignancies from the list of Target Candidates on Exhibit E in connection with such Option Exercise, and otherwise, as Exhibit D and Exhibit E may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1(d). For clarity, upon designation by Kite as a Program Target, each Target shall no longer be considered a Target Candidate and shall be removed from the list on Exhibit E..
Program Targets means, individually and collectively, the Program #1 Targets, the Program #2 Targets, and, if applicable, the Program #3 Targets.

Related to Program Targets

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research-based means a program or practice that has some research demonstrating effectiveness, but that does not yet meet the standard of evidence-based practices.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;
