Under the Programme, the Issuer may issue different Series of Notes (as defined below) to finance the purchase of each Portfolio of Receivables from IBL Banca pursuant to the Programme Receivables Purchase Agreement and the relevant Transfer Agreement, up to the Programme Amount.
