Programme Amount definition

Programme Amount means € 16,000,000,000.
Programme Amount means the maximum aggregate outstanding Principal Amount of all of the Notes (including Existing Notes) that may be in issue under the Programme at any one point in time (being, as at the Programme Date, ZAR15,000,000,000) or such increased amount as is determined by the Issuer from time to time, as set out in the section of this Programme Memorandum headed "General Description of the Programme";
Programme Amount means EUR 10,000,000,000, being the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding at any one time that may be issued under the Programme calculated in accordance with Clause 3.5, as such amount may be increased from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Clause 12;

Examples of Programme Amount in a sentence

  • The aggregate Nominal Amount of all Notes issued under the Programme as at the Issue Date, together with the aggregate Nominal Amount of this Tranche (when issued), will not exceed the Programme Amount.

  • The Issuer may effect, without the consent of the Noteholders or the relevant Class of Noteholders, as the case may be, any modification of the Terms and Conditions, and/or the Applicable Pricing Supplement(s) and/or the Guarantee which is of a technical nature (including an increase in the Programme Amount and the Guarantee size) or is made to correct a manifest error or to comply with mandatory provisions of any Applicable Laws.

  • The Issuer may, at any time and from time to time (without the consent of any Noteholder), issue one or more Tranche(s) of Notes pursuant to the Programme, provided that the aggregate outstanding Nominal Amount of all of the Notes issued under the Programme from time to time does not exceed the Programme Amount.

  • The Programme Amount may be increased from time to time in accordance with the Programme Agreement.

  • A Tranche of Notes may, together with a further Tranche or Tranches, form a Series of Notes issued under the Programme, provided that the aggregate Nominal Amount of all Notes Outstanding under the Programme at any one point in time does not exceed the Programme Amount.
