Programme Party definition

Programme Party means a party to a Programme Document (other than the Issuer and ETP Securityholders).

Examples of Programme Party in a sentence

  • In the absence of fraud, gross negligence and wilful default, the Trustee directly or its agent shall not be liable (whether directly or indirectly, in contract, in tort or otherwise) to the Issuer, the ETP Securityholders or any Programme Party for any calculation (or any delay in making any calculation) so made.

  • In connection with such hedging or market-making activities or with respect to proprietary or other trading activities by any Programme Party, a Programme Party may enter into transactions with respect to the Reference Entity or Entities, any applicable Reference Obligation or related derivatives which may affect the market price, liquidity or value of the Credit Linked Notes and which could be deemed to be adverse to the interests of the relevant Noteholders.

  • No Programme Party guarantees, or otherwise stands behind, the performance of any Reference Entity or Reference Obligation or is under any obligation to make good losses suffered as a result of Credit Events.

  • No Programme Party guarantees the performance of or otherwise stands behind the performance of any Reference Entity or Reference Obligation or is under any obligation to make good losses suffered as a result of Credit Events.

  • The Issuer and/or any other Programme Party may pursue such hedging or related derivatives actions and take such steps as they deem necessary or appropriate to protect their interests without regard to the consequences for any Noteholder.

  • None of the Issuer, any Programme Party or any Affiliate of any such persons makes any representation as to the credit quality of the Margin Loan Provider or any Collateral Assets.


More Definitions of Programme Party

Programme Party includes (but is not limited to) each of the Lead Programme Agency, Programme Districts, CRCs, the VCF Manager, Partner Implementing Agencies and Contracted Service Providers. “Programme Village” has the meaning ascribed to such term in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1.
Programme Party means, in respect of a Company, each party to this Programme Deed other than such Company, save that with respect to the Counterparty, the entity or entities that perform that role with respect to the Programme of the Company shall be those specified alongside that Company under the heading “Counterparty” in Schedule 4.

Related to Programme Party

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

  • Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
