Contractor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if an equitable adjustment cannot be agreed upon by Contracting Party and Contractor.
The PEI shall not make any change to any detail of the Course set out in Schedule A unless it has obtained the prior written consent of the Contracting Party and, where required under the Private Education Act 2009 or the subsidiary legislation thereunder, the prior written consent of SSG.
