PROGRESSIVE DAMAGE definition

PROGRESSIVE DAMAGE refers to all damage that results after, and is related to, the initial failure of a covered component. The initial failure must be to a component on the Schedule of Covered Components listed below for coverage to be considered.

  • Progressive discipline means a process of applying and documenting disciplinary actions progressing from less to more serious depending on the employee’s history and the nature of the offense.

  • Structural damage means a covered building, regardless of the date of its construction, has experienced the following.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server.   • Lightweight means the displacement of a ship in metric tons without cargo, fuel, lubricating oil, ballast water, fresh water and feed water in tanks, consumable stores, and passengers and crew and their effects.

  • Major Damage means damage that in the estimation of the surveyor exceeds USD
