Covered Components definition

Covered Components means those Vehicle components and parts listed in clause 3 of this document.
Covered Components means the Casino, hotel and parking Components.
Covered Components means only those mechanical components or parts of Your Motor Vehicle that were originally covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Please refer to Exclusions (Section 10).

Examples of Covered Components in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the PowerGard Protection Plan, we will repair or replace, at our option, Covered Components (as defined below) of Covered Equipment described in the Schedule of Coverage that are defective in material or workmanship.

  • For the PowerGard Protection Plan to apply, the repair or replacement of Covered Components must be performed by an authorized John Deere dealer using genuine John Deere parts.

  • Supplemental Exhibit SLP1 lists the airframe and landing gear components covered by the Service Life Policy for the Aircraft (Covered Components).

  • To obtain the benefits provided by this Service Contract, You are required to provide maintenance to Covered Components at a Licensed Repair Facility in accordance with what is recommended by the manufacturer of Your Vehicle.

  • In the event this amount changes, You will receive a sixty (60) day notice.• COST: The customary and reasonable charges for the parts and labor necessary to repair or replace Covered Components.


More Definitions of Covered Components

Covered Components means the Parts and components of Qualified Equipment that are identified in Schedule F to Exhibit G of this Agreement.
Covered Components means those Machine components and parts described in Section 3 of this document.

Covered Components means the GenSet as shipped from the factory with Caterpillar part numbers, including DOC (when Diesel Oxidization Catalyst (“DOC”) is not part of a Diesel Particulate Filter (“DPF”)), but excluding DPF and Selective Catalytic Reduction (“SCR”), filters, fluids, vee- belts, hoses, power take-offs, paint, batteries, and clutches, are Covered Components for Platinuml evel of ESC. For purposes of clarification, additional Caterpillar components installed after the in-service date of the engine arenot Covered Components.
