Project Build-out definition

Project Build-out means the date on which a final inspection is completed for the last Project improvement, residential home or other structure to be constructed pursuant to the Approvals, Subsequent Approvals and this Agreement.
Project Build-out means the date on which the permit final inspection (or comparable instrument) is completed for the last Project improvement or residential home or other structure to be constructed pursuant to the Eureka Community Plan as amended October 23, 2017. Following the expiration of said term, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, this Agreement shall be deemed terminated and of no further force and effect. However, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s right to receive reimbursement as provided for infrastructure improvements and County’s promise to form or impose reimbursement mechanisms, if any, shall survive the term of this Agreement until full reimbursement is received by Developer or for ten (10) additional years, whichever occurs first.

Examples of Project Build-out in a sentence

  • The "Term" of this Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and shall continue until whichever of the following occurs first: (a) one year following the "Project Buildout," as that phrase is defined in this Agreement; or (b) the eighth anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • The "Term" of this Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and shall continue until whichever of the following occurs first: (a) one year following the "Project Buildout," as that phrase is defined in this Agreement; or (b) the twentieth anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • The Master Developer may at its option reduce the number of residential dwelling units and/or commercial Gross Square Feet in East VillageTALUS Project Phase I or the East VillageTALUS Project Buildout (as then applicable), in order to produce a corresponding projected number of p.m. peak-hour trips in and out of the East VillageTALUS Project from such reduced development that passes a test under the City’s concurrency requirements, applying the requirements of IMC ch.

  • You or a person making a claim under this Certificate of Insurance may request a copy of the Policy and/or copy of Your application for this insurance (if applicable) by writing to the Insurer at the address shown below.

  • Each such performance bond shall be in the amount of 150% of the estimated construction cost of the Transportation Improvements required for East VillageTALUS Project Phase I and for the East VillageTALUS Project Buildout.

  • The design and specifications of the East VillageTALUS Project Buildout Transportation Improvements listed below may be altered in minor respects in order to meet approval requirements of the City, WSDOT, FHWA, or other federal, state, or local agencies, so long as such changes would not result in the failure of the East VillageTALUS Project to meet concurrency under IMC ch.

Related to Project Build-out

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.
