Project Co Lead definition

Project Co Lead means the individual responsible for leading Project Co to enter into the Project Agreement with the Authority and through the term of the Project Agreement, as identified in the Proponent’s RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.
