Project expressway definition

Project expressway means the expressway to be constructed under the Project, as described in paragraph 2(i) of Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement;

Examples of Project expressway in a sentence

  • In the event that (i) any change in ownership or operation of the Project facilities or Project expressway or (ii) any sale, transfer, or assignment of HPG’s and HPTD’s shares or interest in the Project expressway is contemplated, the Borrower shall consult with ADB at least 6 months prior to the implementation of such a change.

  • At least 6 months prior to the opening of the Project expressway, Guangxi shall (i) provide to ADB the national emission standards and the penalties for infringement of such standards; and (ii) ensure that Guangxi Environmental Protection Bureau, Guangxi Public Security Bureau, and other agencies enforce the national vehicle emission standards, and fulfill the requirements of the policies and regulations of the Government.

  • In the event that (i) any change in ownership of the Project facilities, Project expressway, rural roads or township bus stations constructed under the Project, or (ii) any sale, transfer or assignment of the Borrower’s and GPG’s shares or interest, or GCHC’s interest in the Project expressway is anticipated, the Borrower shall, and shall ensure that GPG and GCHC, consult with ADB at least six months prior to the implementation of such change.

  • At least 6 months prior to the opening of the Project expressway, HPG shall provide ADB with the Hunan Environmental Protection Bureau (HEPB) emission standards and the penalties for infringement of such standards.

  • Prior to the start of civil works for the Project expressway, JECC, in consultation with HCD, will develop an implement a human resources development plan, acceptable to ADB, that identifies the managerial, staffing, and investment requirements of JECC in relation to the Project and that includes an international training component to address these needs.

  • In the event that (a) any change in ownership of the Project facilities, or (b) any sale, transfer, or assignment of SPG’s or the Company’s interest in the Project expressway, is anticipated, the Borrower shall, and shall ensure that SPCD and the Company, consult ADB at least six months prior to the implementation of such change.

  • For the first 5 years of operation of the Project expressway, SPG shall cause SPCD through SDEC to annually review the toll structure and levels, and submit a report to ADB.

  • In the event that (i) any change in ownership or operation of the Project facilities or Project expressway; or (ii) any sale, transfer, or assignment of YPG’s and YPCD’s shares or interest, or WKEC’s interest in the Project expressway is contemplated, the Borrower shall consult with ADB at least 6 months prior to the implementation of such a change.

  • If appropriate, VEC shall select an appropriately experienced entity to carry out operations and maintenance works on the Project expressway in an appropriate manner thereafter.

  • In the event that (i) any change in ownership of the Project facilities, Project expressway, rural roads or township bus stations constructed under the Project, or (ii) any sale, transfer or assignment of GPG’s shares or interest or GCHC’s interest in the Project expressway is anticipated, GPG through GPCD shall, and shall ensure that GCHC, consult with ADB at least six months prior to the implementation of such change.

  • Expressway means a divided arterial highway for through traffic with full or partial control of access with an excess of fifty per cent of all crossroads separated in grade.

  • Area B means the area marked “Area B” outlined in orange on the Plan;

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Square feet or "square foot" as used in this Lease includes the area contained within the leased premises together with a common area percentage factor of the leased premises proportionate to the total building area.

  • Urban renewal area means a slum area or a blighted area or a combination thereof which the municipality designates as appropriate for an urban renewal project.

  • Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.

  • Frontage means and refer to all the property on one side of a street between two intersecting streets measured along the line of the street, or if the street is dead-ended, then all of the property abutting on one side between an intersecting street and the dead end of the street.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Basal area means the effective surface area available to transmit the treated effluent from the filter media in a mound system into the in-situ receiving soils. The perimeter is measured at the interface of the imported fill material and in-situ soil. On sloping sites, only the area down-gradient from the up-slope edge of the distribution media may be included in this calculation.

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Airside means, generally, those areas of an Airport which requires a person to pass through a security checkpoint to access. References to "sterile areas" generally mean Airside areas within terminal buildings. References to "Airfield", "Aircraft Operations Area", "AOA", or "Secured areas" generally mean outdoor Airside areas or areas not accessible to passengers.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • industrial premises means any place or premises (not being a private dwelling house), including the precincts thereof, in which or in any part of which any industry, trade, business, occupation or manufacturing is being ordinarily carried on with or without the aid of power and includes a godown attached thereto;

  • Commercial Premises Means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Appendix B takes place.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Crosswalk means that part of a roadway at an intersection included within the connections of the

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.
