Project Litigation definition

Project Litigation has the meaning set forth in Section 10.7.
Project Litigation means the Proceeding set forth on Schedule 11.1(d).

Examples of Project Litigation in a sentence

  • Prior to the Petition Date, the Debtors and Brandon Steele were involved in the Johnson Project Litigation with all, or substantially all, of the Johnson Creditors, and the owner of the Johnson Project, Targa Pipeline.
