Project Monument. Sign and Building Tenant Sign base and frame shall be constructed by Landlord's agent at Landlord's expense. The sign base shall be installed by Landlord's agent at Landlord's expense. All tenant lettering shall be done by Landlord's agent at Tenant's expense.

Project Monument. Sign” and, collectively, the “Project Monument Signs”)Tenant shall have the right to display its corporate name and/or logo on one of the Project Monument Signs as designated by Landlord; provided, however, that Tenant agrees (1) the display of such name shall comply with Landlord’s signage criteria (the “Sign Criteria”); provided, however, that if no Sign Criteria exists at such time, then such display shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, (2) to maintain the display of its name in good order and condition throughout the Term, and (3) to pay for all costs of designing, installing, maintaining, repairing and removing its name on the applicable Project Monument Sign.

Examples of Project Monument in a sentence

  • Tenant’s signage rights with respect to the Project Monument Sign and building top sign may be transferred in connection with any Permitted Assignment.

  • Tenant’s right to place its name on any Building Monument Sign shall be free of charge during the Term, and Tenant’s right to place its name on any Project Monument Sign shall be upon financial terms that are the same as those terms granted to any other tenant of the Project (considering the location and size of the tenant’s name on such Project Monument Sign).

Also, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to display, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, signage bearing Tenant’s name and logo on the south side of the exterior of the Building in the location shown on Exhibit I or another location reasonably acceptable to Landlord and Tenant (“Building Sign”). Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Tenant’s signage on the Monument Sign and the Building Sign including, without limitation, the size, color and type, shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld and shall be consistent with Landlord’s signage program at the Project and applicable Legal Requirements. Landlord hereby consents to the proposed design for Tenant’s Building Sign as set forth on Exhibit I-1 attached hereto; provided, however that such consent shall not excuse Tenant from having to satisfy applicable Legal Requirements including, without limitation, any approvals or variances from any applicable association. Related to Project Monument

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
