Project Operating Revenues definition

Project Operating Revenues means all payments received by a Project Owner under the Power Purchase Documents (excluding damages, liquidated damages and certain other payments described in Section 7.7 of the Credit Agreement to the extent deposited in the Loss Proceeds Account), proceeds of any business interruption insurance, income derived from the sale or use of electric or thermal capacity or energy transmitted or distributed by any Project, payments for remarketing of fuel or transportation rights relating thereto, and net payments, if any, received by Borrower under Hedge Transactions, all as determined in conformity with cash accounting principles, and the investment income on amounts in the Accounts (but solely to the extent deposited in the Revenue Account).
Project Operating Revenues means all income, rents, rates, fees, charges, or other moneys derived by the Agency or District from the ownership or operation of the Project, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing: all income, rents, rates, fees, charges, or other moneys including AWT Water Payments derived from the sale, furnishing, and supplying of the AWT Water.

Examples of Project Operating Revenues in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, including with respect to the Revenue Account and the Operating Account, all earnings on funds in any Account maintained hereunder shall, on each Repayment Date, be deposited in the Revenue Account as Project Operating Revenues.

  • There shall be deposited into the Revenue Account all Project Operating Revenues earned on or after Term-Conversion.

  • If such Event of Default occurs prior to Term-Conversion, until such time as the Majority Banks so elect to exercise such rights and powers, amounts in the Revenue Account constituting Project Operating Revenues shall continue to be applied by Agent to Pre-Conversion Senior O&M Costs to the extent that Agent so elects in its sole discretion.

  • There shall be deposited into the Construction Account the proceeds of all Construction Loans made hereunder, all Project Operating Revenues earned prior to Term-Conversion (which shall be available for the payment of Project Costs pursuant to the terms of this Agreement), and all amounts required to be deposited in the Construction Account pursuant to Section 5.18.

  • Investment income from Permitted Investments of amounts on deposit in the Accrual Sub- Account shall be deemed Project Operating Revenues for purposes of calculating Debt Service Coverage Ratios, and shall be transferred to the Revenue Account on a monthly basis.

  • All earnings on monies in the Debt Service Reserve Account shall accrue to the Debt Service Reserve Account until such time as the Debt Service Reserve Account has on deposit therein an amount equal to the DSRA Minimum Balance, whereupon all amounts in the Debt Service Reserve Account in excess of such amount shall be deposited in the Revenue Account as Project Operating Revenues on a monthly basis.

  • Operating Revenues means, for any, period, the gross revenues arising from the ownership and operation of the Properties during such period, including proceeds of any business interruption or rental loss insurance and amounts released from reserves, but specifically excluding Capital Proceeds, Capital Contributions and proceeds of Indebtedness.

  • Gross Operating Revenues means, for any period of time for any Hotel Property, without duplication, all income and proceeds of sales of every kind (whether in cash or on credit and computed on an accrual basis) received by the owner (or, if such Hotel Property is ground leased, the ground lessee) of such Hotel Property or the applicable Operating Lessee or Manager for the use, occupancy or enjoyment of such Hotel Property or the sale of any goods, services or other items sold on or provided from such Hotel Property in the ordinary course of operation of such Hotel Property, including, without limitation, all income received from tenants, transient guests, lessees, licensees and concessionaires and other services to guests at such Hotel Property, and the proceeds from business interruption insurance, but excluding the following: (i) any excise, sales or use taxes or similar governmental charges collected directly from patrons or guests, or as a part of the sales price of any goods, services or displays, such as gross receipts, admission, cabaret or similar or equivalent taxes; (ii) receipts from condemnation awards or sales in lieu of or under threat of condemnation; (iii) proceeds of insurance (other than business interruption insurance); (iv) other allowances and deductions as provided by the Uniform System in determining the sum contemplated by this definition, by whatever name, it may be called; (v) proceeds of sales, whether dispositions of capital assets, FF&E or equipment (other than sales of Inventory in the ordinary course of business); (vi) gross receipts received by tenants, lessees (other than Operating Lessees), licensees or concessionaires of the owner (or, if such Hotel Property is ground leased, the ground lessee) of such Hotel Property; (vii) consideration received at such Hotel Property for hotel accommodations, goods and services to be provided at other hotels although arranged by, for or on behalf of, and paid over to, the applicable Manager; (viii) tips, service charges and gratuities collected for the benefit of employees; (ix) proceeds of any financing; (x) working capital provided by the Parent Guarantor or any Subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor or the applicable Operating Lessee; (xi) amounts collected from guests or patrons of such Hotel Property on behalf of tenants of such Hotel Property and other third parties; (xii) the value of any goods or services in excess of actual amounts paid (in cash or services) provided by the applicable Manager on a complimentary or discounted basis; and (xiii) other income or proceeds resulting other than from the use or occupancy of such Hotel Property, or any part thereof, or other than from the sale of goods, services or other items sold on or provided from such Hotel Property in the ordinary course of business. Gross Operating Revenues shall be reduced by credits or refunds to guests at such Hotel Property.

  • Operating Revenue means in any single fiscal year during the effective term of this Agreement, the total revenue generated by Party B in its daily operation of business of that year as recorded under the “Revenue of Principal Business” in the audited balance sheet prepared in accordance with the PRC accounting standards.

  • Project Revenues means all rates, rents, fees, assessments, charges, and other receipts derived or to be derived by a qualified borrower from a qualified project or made available from a special source, and, as provided in the applicable financing agreement, derived from any system of which the qualified project is a part of, from any other revenue producing facility under the ownership or control of the qualified borrower including, without limitation, proceeds of grants, gifts, appropriations and loans, including the proceeds of loans made by the bank, investment earnings, reserves for capital and current expenses, proceeds of insurance or condemnation and proceeds from the sale or other disposition of property and from any other special source as may be provided by the qualified borrower.

  • CAISO Revenues means the credits, fees, payments, revenues, interest or similar benefits, including imbalance energy payments, that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.
