CAISO Revenues definition

CAISO Revenues means the credits, fees, payments, revenues, interest or similar benefits, including imbalance energy payments, that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.
CAISO Revenues means the net amount resulting from (a) the credits and other payments received by Buyer, as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, as a result of test energy from the Project delivered by Seller during the Test Period, including revenues associated with CAISO dispatches and (b) the debits, costs, penalties and interest that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Project for, or attributable to, scheduling and deliveries from the Project under this Agreement, which amount may result in a negative or positive value.
CAISO Revenues means the credits and other payments incurred or received by SCE as a result of energy from the Generating Facility delivered to any CAISO administered market by Seller, including costs and revenues associated with CAISO dispatches, for each applicable Settlement Interval.

Examples of CAISO Revenues in a sentence

  • During the Test Period, Seller’s full compensation for Product sold to Buyer shall be the CAISO Revenues for the Delivered Energy, which revenues Buyer shall forward to Seller in accordance with the schedule described in Section 6.1.

  • During the Test Period, and for twelve (12) months following the Test Period only, Buyer shall provide to Seller a statement of the CAISO Revenues and any true-ups of CAISO Revenues from prior months and Buyer shall forward to Seller the CAISO Revenues from such statement, according to the invoice and payment schedules described in this Section 6.1. Each Party will make payments by electronic funds transfer via ACH, to the account designated by the other Party.

  • During the Test Period, and for twelve (12) months following the Test Period only, Buyer shall provide to Seller a statement of the CAISO Revenues and any true-ups of CAISO Revenues from prior months and Buyer shall forward to Seller the CAISO Revenues from such statement, according to the invoice and payment schedules described in this Section 6.1. Each Party will make payments by electronic funds transfer, or by other mutually agreeable method(s), to the account designated by the other Party.

  • During the Test Period Seller’s full compensation for Product sold to Buyer shall be the CAISO Revenues for the Delivered Energy, which revenues Buyer shall forward promptly to Seller in accordance with the schedule described in Section 6.1. 4.8 Additional Compensation.

  • During the Test Period Seller’s full compensation for Product sold to Buyer shall be the CAISO Revenues for the Delivered Energy, which revenues Buyer shall forward promptly to Seller in accordance with the schedule described in Section 6.1.


More Definitions of CAISO Revenues

CAISO Revenues means the net amount resulting from (a) the credits and other payments received by Xxxxx, as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, as a result of test energy from the Project delivered by Seller during the Test Period, including revenues associated with CAISO dispatches and (b) the debits, costs, penalties and interest that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Project for, or attributable to, scheduling and deliveries from the Project under this Agreement, which amount may result in a negative or positive value.
CAISO Revenues means the credits and other payments incurred or received by Anaheim as a result of energy from the Generating Facility delivered to any CAISO administered market by Seller, including costs and revenues associated with CAISO dispatches, for each applicable Settlement Interval.
CAISO Revenues means the credits and other payments incurred or received by Seller, as the Facility’s Scheduling Coordinator, as a result of Scheduling or Facility Energy from the Facility delivered by Seller to any CAISO administered market, including costs and revenues associated with CAISO dispatches, for each applicable Settlement Interval.
