Project Tools definition

Project Tools has the meaning given in Paragraph 7.1 of Schedule 4 (Agile Development Methodology);

Examples of Project Tools in a sentence

  • Company shall bear all license, procurement and maintenance expenses related to the Project Tools.

  • Where applicable, all electronic data shall be delivered using the Microsoft Office product suite and/or Microsoft Project Tools.

  • Company shall bear license, procurement and maintenance expenses related to such Project Tools.

  • The license granted pursuant to this Section 13.4(b) shall extend perpetually beyond the Term if any such TCS Software and TCS Project Tools described in Schedule K (excluding TCS Productivity Tools described in Schedule K) is a TCS product not commercially available to others.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ provides its approval, TCS may use such TCS Software, TCS Project Tools or TCS Productivity Tools described in Schedule K and charge Nielsen the usage charges described in Schedule K in addition to the Charges and fees for Services.

  • The license granted pursuant to this Section 14.4(b) shall extend perpetually beyond the Term without charge if any such TCS Software and TCS Project Tools described in Schedule K, and any TCS-made improvements or derivative works thereof (excluding TCS Productivity Tools described in Schedule K), is a TCS product not commercially available to others.

Related to Project Tools

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • RAI MDS Tools means the standardized Resident Assessment Instrument – Minimum Data Set (“RAI MDS”) 2.0, the RAI MDS 2.0 User Manual and the RAI MDS Practice Requirements, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products.
